• Fill out UC Hastings application. In the notes field, note your UC Hastings ID number.
• If you are over 21 and using a debit card (instead of a credit card), you need to submit a Campus Membership Agreement. Click here to download the Agreement. You may skip this step by using your credit card.
• When you are approved, we will send you an email asking you to come in with your student or staff ID to pick up your key fob. Our offices are one block from campus at Market and Hyde.

• Name a cosigner by filling out the Campus Membership Agreement. Please submit a signed copy of the Campus Membership Agreement to City CarShare.
• When you are approved, we will send you an email asking you to come in with your UC Hastings ID to pick up your key fob. Our offices are one block from campus at Market and Hyde.

Please note: Students over 21 years old may have household accounts with up to 5 members. These members need to be over 21 years old. Students under 21 years of age may not share an account. Usage for all accounts will be monitored for the first three billing periods. If the estimated usage reaches $300 during any single billing period, City CarShare reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account. When the usage is paid, the account will be reinstated.
