Fill out the UCB application.
In the notes field, enter your UC Berkeley ID number.
If you are over 21 and using a debit card (instead of a credit card), you need to submit a Campus
Membership Agreement. Click here to download the Agreement. You may skip this step by using your credit card.
If you are under 21 you'll need to name a cosigner by filling out the Campus Membership Agreement form,
even if you are using a credit card. Click here to download the Agreement. Please submit
a signed copy of the Campus Membership Agreement to City CarShare.
Please note: Students over 21 years old may have household accounts with up to 5 members. These members
need to be over 21 years old. Student under 21 years of age may not share an account. Usage for all
accounts will be monitored for the first three billing periods. If the estimated usage reaches $300
during any single billing period, City CarShare reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account.
When the usage is paid, the account will be reinstated.
