As a City CarShare member, you get driving privileges in other cities!  On your next trip you can skip the rental car or borrowing from relatives, yet still keep the freedom to drive if you need to.
 

	Ashland CarShare serves Ashland, Oregon. City CarShare members can join the Share-a-Little plan and just pay driving fees. For driving rate information, click here.
	Austin Car Share serves Austin, TX.  City CarShare members can drive with no application fee, no deposit, no dues.  While the cars use the same access system as ours, you will need a new key fob.
	CarShare Vermont serves Burlington, Vermont. City CarShare members can join the Share-a-Lot or Share-a-Little plan. Click here to see what plan works best for your visit.
	City Wheels is a family run operation which serves Cleveland Ohio.  Give them a call, and they'll set you up for the duration of your visit.
	Community Car serves Madison, WI. City CarShare members can drive with no application fee and may choose from prepaid plans or monthly plans as low as $4/month. Enter CSO GUEST in the promo code on the application, and note your City CarShare member number. Community Car uses lockboxes - you will receive a combination number with each reservation.
	Co-Operative Auto Network serves British Columbia, Canada with vehicles in Vancouver, New Westminster, Burnaby and more. City CarShare members can join as a Personal Account for a one-time charge of $50 (deposit and registration fee are waived).
	If you're visiting Boulder or Denver Colorado and need a set of wheels by the hour, let our friends at eGo know you're a City CarShare member. e-Go, a nonprofit carshare provider, launched in Boulder and expanded to Denver in early 2009.
	GoGet serves Sydney and Melbourne, Australia.  Join up for the duration of your visit.  Go Get uses lockboxes, you will need to pick up a key.  We highly recommend the $1/hour extra charge to reduce your insurance deductable (which they call an "excess").
	HourCar serves St. Paul and Minneapolis, MN.  City CarShare members are offered a special no-monthly fee promotion, and a low application fee. While the cars use the same access system as ours, you will need a new key fob.
	iGo serves Chicago, IL, and is operated by the non-profit Center for Neighborhood Technology. Airport transfers to center Chicago are readily available, including the Blue Line train from Chicago O'Hare and the Orange Line from Midway. You will need to obtain a key card to drive.
	Ithaca Carshare serves Ithaca, NY. City CarShare members pay no application fee or annual fee and can drive on the Just in Case plan for up to 30 days.
	Københavns Delebiler serves Copenhagen (København) Denmark. Site information is in Danish, but email communication in English is available. Københavns uses lock boxes, no fob is required.
	PhillyCarShare serves Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with over 80 locations in Center City, and hundreds throughout Philly. City CarShare members can apply for a residential membership for free ($25 application fee is waived)!

To apply, click on the logos above, and provide City CarShare's name and your member number on the application form.  By signing up, you agree that City CarShare may forward a copy of your driving and payment records on request.
 

 
Visiting the Bay Area?
Members of the above car sharing Organizations get access to the City CarShare fleet while visiting. There is no fee to sign up, no deposit, and a fee of just $10 in any month when cars are used. Simply enter CSOGUEST in the promotion code field at signup, and list the home car share name and member ID under notes. City CarShare will request your driving record from your home car share, and ensure that your payment history is acceptable.

This program is intended for out of town guests. The driving rates are $6.50/hour + 40¢/mile on weekdays and $7.50/hour + 40¢/mile on weekends (5:01 p.m. Friday through 8 a.m. Monday). . You get two Extended Freedom Trips/year at $54/day + 10¢/mile on weekdays, and $58/day + 10¢/mile on weekends (5:01 p.m. Friday through 8 a.m. Monday), up to 200 miles. Buck to Deduct options are not available to our roaming arrangement visitors. If you move to the area, please sign up for one of our regular Share plans.
