We're very happy about our newest location at
Mariposa and Carolina in Potrero
Hill, SF. So happy, in fact, that we're offering
free coffee to existing
members and to those who sign up at Farley's cafe
from 2 - 7 PM tomorrow, January
17th. Don't want to go alone? Bring a
friend to Farley's and if they sign up for City
CarShare, you'll both get a $40 driving credit to
share, as well as free coffee for both of you. That
should make you perk up, too.

Driving Tip: How to Avoid Unwarranted FeesWe rely on each of you to help keep the inside of our cars clean and we appreciate you letting us know when you find a car that isn't. If the car you reserved is dirty, please report it so we can get the car cleaned and make sure you aren't charged the cleaning fee. If you don't report it and the next member using that car does, then your account might be charged a fee. To report a dirty car or a car with less than half a tank of gas, call our office at 415-995-8588. If you call after hours, leave a message. We need the date, time, VIN#, and type of problem. You can also email us with the same information instead of calling. Thanks for helping us to keep a tidy fleet! |

Reminder: All Members get January Discounts at GreenCitizen
Are you swapping out old televisions, cell phones,
digital cameras and other electronic devices with new
ones? Please make sure you recycle your old
electronics for a cleaner future in order to prevent
toxins contained within from contaminating the
environment. City CarShare members get 10% off of any
recycling fees (many items are free) during the month
of January at GreenCitizen. Just flash your fob when
you drop off your gear. (And while you're there,

Keep your Card Fresh
Credit and debit cards have a short shelf life. Believe
us, we know. Dozens of our members' cards expire each
and every month. Please take a moment to check your
card on file. It's easy: On your next bill, review the
expiration date and last four digits of your
credit/debit card. If it has expired or you have
received a new card, please call us at 415-995-8588 to update your
account. We've even provided a sample bill detail above
so you can find the card information on your own bill.
(Remember: Never send credit or debit
card details through email!)
Keeping your payment information current will ensure that you do not incur any declined card charges and can keep your account from being suspended. |

We've got Trucks for Big Errands
Over the past year, we've replaced many of our Tacoma
pickup trucks with new ones. In fact, by the end of
February, all of them will be less than 6 months old.
As we've expanded into new neighborhoods, we've also
opened new pods with trucks. Now we have four Tacomas in
the East Bay and five in SF. So if you need to haul a
lot of big, bulky stuff, don't forget that we can meet
your needs (sometimes the Honda Element is just the
thing as well).
