We love the Bay Area. As a nonprofit and the only locally based car share provider, this is our home and we put every dollar we make right back into the community. Throughout the year, we share the word about our service at lots of street fairs, community meetings and neighborhood events.

Many of our members volunteer during these events, making an active contribution toward a cleaner environment and fewer cars on our streets. Of course, volunteering is also a great way to grow car sharing while meeting diverse and wonderful people.

As always, City CarShare members who volunteer can receive 1 free hour of driving for every hour they volunteer* and each volunteer gets one of our highly coveted CCS tee-shirts.

The Solano Stroll return for the 34th year. Come check out the parade beginning at 10 am, then join us to share the word in our booth.

SF PARK(ing) Day
PARK(ing) Day is a one-day, global event centered in San Francisco where artists, activists, and citizens collaborate to temporarily transform metered parking spots into PARK(ing) spaces: temporary public parks. Come share the word with us in our creative and revamped parking space.
